Founded back in 2005 this “Old Time Rock’N’Roll” Trio plays an energetic mixture of rockabilly and old rock’n’roll. Their music heirs from those unsung heroes of the fifties. Artists that should have had their time in the spotlight but never got the chance for whatever reason. Now BootHill Stompers are trying to avenge this by playing their songs for a new audience. Of course the odd classics tend to climb into the setlist whenever it feels necessary.

The guitarplayer Timi Eronen sings and lets his roaring Harmony guitars lay thunder and lightning on the songs. Beneath Marko Mäkinen keeps a steady beat on the upright bass. The drummer Janne Smeds bangs his bongos with frenetic energy. This leeds up to what the band describes as “Old Time Rock’N’Roll”.
